Podczas sesji partnerzy wsp\u00f3lnie uzgodnili kolejne etapy projektu i rozpocz\u0119li prace nad kszta\u0142towaniem dw\u00f3ch g\u0142\u00f3wnych element\u00f3w: cyfrowego programu zdrowia psychicznego CARE oraz ram wsparcia r\u00f3wie\u015bniczego CONNECT.<br \/><br \/>Dyskusje skupia\u0142y si\u0119 na zdefiniowaniu struktury i harmonogramu opracowania internetowego kursu iCBT CARE, tak aby by\u0142 on dost\u0119pny, oparty na dowodach naukowych i dostosowany do potrzeb student\u00f3w szk\u00f3\u0142 wy\u017cszych. Partnerzy rozpocz\u0119li r\u00f3wnie\u017c opracowywanie programu CONNECT, kt\u00f3ry ma na celu utworzenie sieci wsparcia r\u00f3wie\u015bniczego na uniwersytetach oraz wprowadzenie \u201ekawiarenek konwersacyjnych\u201d jako bezpiecznych przestrzeni do otwartego dialogu na temat zdrowia psychicznego.<br \/><br \/>Spotkanie pozwoli\u0142o r\u00f3wnie\u017c partnerom na uzgodnienie plan\u00f3w This meeting marked an important step in moving from planning to action. During the session, partners worked together to agree on the next stages of the project and to begin shaping the development of the two core components: the CARE digital mental health programme and the CONNECT peer support framework. Discussions focused on defining the structure and timeline for developing the CARE online iCBT course, ensuring that it is accessible, evidence-based, and tailored to the needs of higher education students. Partners also began outlining the CONNECT programme, which will establish peer support networks within universities and introduce Conversation Caf\u00e9s as safe spaces for open dialogue about mental health. The meeting also allowed partners to align communication and dissemination plans, as well as upcoming milestones for 2026. Work on the first CARE modules and CONNECT training materials will now begin, with pilot activities and stakeholder engagement planned for later in the year. Co-funded by the European Union.
