Var\u0219ovia, Polonia, pentru prima \u00cent\u00e2lnire Transna\u021bional\u0103 a Proiectului (TPM) a proiectului.<br \/><br \/>Aceast\u0103 \u00eent\u00e2lnire a marcat un pas important \u00een trecerea de la planificare la ac\u021biune. \u00cen timpul sesiunii, partenerii au lucrat \u00eempreun\u0103 pentru a conveni asupra urm\u0103toarelor etape ale proiectului \u0219i pentru a \u00eencepe s\u0103 contureze dezvoltarea celor dou\u0103 componente principale: programul de s\u0103n\u0103tate mintal\u0103 digital\u0103 CARE \u0219i cadrul de sprijin reciproc CONNECT.<br \/><br \/>Discu\u021biile s-au concentrat pe definirea structurii \u0219i a calendarului pentru dezvoltarea cursului online iCBT CARE, asigur\u00e2ndu-se c\u0103 acesta este accesibil, bazat pe dovezi \u0219i adaptat nevoilor studen\u021bilor din \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul superior. Partenerii au \u00eenceput, de asemenea, s\u0103 schi\u021beze programul CONNECT, care va stabili re\u021bele de sprijin reciproc \u00een cadrul universit\u0103\u021bilor \u0219i va introduce Cafenelele de Conversa\u021bie ca spa\u021bii sigure pentru un dialog deschis despre s\u0103n\u0103tatea mintal\u0103.<br \/><br \/>\u00cent\u00e2lnirea a permis, de asemenea, partenerilor s\u0103 This meeting marked an important step in moving from planning to action. During the session, partners worked together to agree on the next stages of the project and to begin shaping the development of the two core components: the CARE digital mental health programme and the CONNECT peer support framework. Discussions focused on defining the structure and timeline for developing the CARE online iCBT course, ensuring that it is accessible, evidence-based, and tailored to the needs of higher education students. Partners also began outlining the CONNECT programme, which will establish peer support networks within universities and introduce Conversation Caf\u00e9s as safe spaces for open dialogue about mental health. The meeting also allowed partners to align communication and dissemination plans, as well as upcoming milestones for 2026. Work on the first CARE modules and CONNECT training materials will now begin, with pilot activities and stakeholder engagement planned for later in the year. Co-funded by the European Union.
