Spectrum Research Centre
Spectrum Research Centre (SRC) is a not-for-profit research centre established to create a space where research and educational findings can be validated through local actions focused on community impact. We support young academics to trial and test their research hypotheses in ‘living laboratory’ environments. The University of the Basque Country (EHU) (Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea) – is the main public university of the Basque Autonomous Community in northern Spain. It was officially established in 1980 and has since become a key institution for higher education and research in the region.

Chair Wirtschaftspädagogik I – Business and Human Resource Education II
The University of Paderborn in Paderborn, Germany, is a university founded in 1972 in North Rhine-Westphalia. The chair Wirtschaftspädagogik II – Business and Human Resource Education II of Prof. Dr. Marc Beutner is partner in the Higher Education project CARE + CONNECT and is settled at the department 5: Business and Human Resource Education of the University of Paderborn. The Department for Business and Human Resource Education is one out of six Departments of the Faculty of Business Administration, Economics and Business Computing at the University of Paderborn. It educates students in the first phase (university phase) of teacher education for the field of higher education, vocational education and training (more precisely: field business and economics) in Germany.
The chair of Prof. Dr. Marc Beutner has established a strong international research and activity network and is active in European and global research and cooperations.
CUPIT – The National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest (UNSTPB) was created in 2023 by the fusion between the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest and the University of Pitești (UPIT). The former University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest is the oldest and most prestigious engineer school in Romania. Its traditions are related to the establishment, in 1818, by Gheorghe Lazăr, of the first higher technical school with teaching in Romanian, at the Saint Sava Abbey in Bucharest.
Nowadays, the newly created university – UNSTPB – is the largest in Romania, gathering 33.500 students in total (25.000 in 15 faculties in Bucharest and 8500 in 6 faculties in Pitești). UNSTPB ensures a performant education, developed and perfected through a complex research activity, according to the exigencies and the means offered by the modern information society. UNSTPB has the mission to bring together education, training and scientific research. It aims to create a new technical university profile, which promotes forms of training adapted to the requirements of a competing society, subject to the integration process in the European and international community. The role of this intersection is to increase knowledge and innovation, two key concepts of knowledge-based economy and society.
The Pitești University Centre (CUPIT), as one of the two centres composing the National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest (UNSTPB), is a state modern, dynamic and efficient HE provider for over 8500 students. It has 550 academic & non-academic staffs and 6 faculties providing Bachelor, Master and Doctor degrees (www.upit.ro). It aims providing high quality educational, training and research services to train specialists in different fields and create an intellectual community, accredited by national/international quality agencies.
The activities of CUPIT include education & training; scientific & applicative research; educational software design and testing; professional guidance & counselling; international cooperation; publishing activities. It cooperates with local, regional and national institutions (agencies, inspectorates, schools, companies and enterprises, NGOs, SMEs, associations, foundations, museums and libraries, sport clubs) and is a full member of international bodies (EUA, DRC, AUF, EfVET, EDEN). Its last-decade portfolio contains over 200 research & cooperation EU financed projects, as coordinator or partner.
