The CARE Programme is a digital, 8-module Internet-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy course designed for university students. It provides evidence-based tools for managing anxiety, improving resilience, and strengthening emotional well-being. Students can complete the programme at their own pace, making it accessible regardless of schedule, location, or support availability.
The programme includes guided exercises, reflection tasks, practical strategies, and culturally adapted content for all partner countries. It is hosted on a multilingual platform and piloted across partner countries.
The CONNECT Peer Programme introduces two structured peer networks within HEIs:
Through workshops, role-play activities, and guided mentoring, CONNECT builds sustainable, community-led support systems that strengthen mental health literacy across campuses.
The objective of this work package is to ensure the visibility, dissemination, and long-term impact of CARE+CONNECT. WP4 focuses on making project results accessible to Higher Education Institutions, policymakers, and the wider public.
Key outputs include the CARE+CONNECT Implementation Guide, which supports the adoption and sustainability of the project’s approach beyond the project lifetime. WP4 also covers communication activities, stakeholder engagement, and exploitation strategies to maximise the project’s reach and impact at local, national, and European levels.
